Data Access Terms and Conditions
Bartlett (including Bartlett Grain Company, L.P., Bartlett Grain Southwest, L.P. and their affiliates) has, as a convenience to its customers, made certain transactional information (INFORMATION) available on-line.
USER represents that he has the authority to ask Bartlett about—and would like on-line access to—the INFORMATION.
Upon acceptance of this Agreement, Bartlett will supply log-in credentials to USER and will allow any person logging in with the registered account credentials to have access to the INFORMATION.
USER is responsible for ensuring that USER protects the confidentiality of his registered account credentials. If USER believes that a USER’s registered account credentials have been compromised, USER must either change his password or contact Bartlett to ask it to cancel USER’s account.
Use of Bartlett’s website and on-line services are subject to certain terms and conditions that appear on the Bartlett website. USER will be required to agree to the terms and conditions before accessing the website and service. Bartlett, in its discretion, may revise the terms and conditions.
Electronic Signature Terms and Conditions
Bartlett (including Bartlett Grain Company, L.P., Bartlett Grain Southwest, L.P. and their affiliates) will, as a convenience to its customers, send and confirm contracts electronically, rather than on paper.
Upon acceptance of this Agreement, USER authorizes and directs Bartlett to confirm contracts USER makes on behalf of CUSTOMER electronically by way of documents sent to the E-MAIL address. Bartlett may rely upon any contract confirmation action taken by someone using registered account credentials as if it had been made by USER.
